David Hoffman is Assistant Managing Editor/Foreign News at the Washington Post.

Charles Lewis is president and CEO of the Fund for Independence in Journalism in Washington and also serves on the board of the Fund for Investigative Journalism.

Ellen Cannon is an editor at bankrate.com, which is based about a mile from her house in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

1977

Gwen Florio is the Capitol bureau chief in Helena, Mont., for the Great Falls Tribune.

Tom Turcol has  joined Kennedy Communications, a D.C.-based political communications firm, as a senior strategist specializing in message and media planning for political and corporate clientele.

1978
Gail Bulfin is training editor and readers editor of the Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel

Cari DeSantis is the chief executive officer for the Delaware Dept. of Services for Children, Youth, and their Families.

Bruce Garrabrandt is the innkeeper at the Artist Inn in Terre Hill , Pa. 

Jim Grant is editor and general manager of The Dialog, the weekly newspaper of the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington.

Jack Hoban works in communications for UPS.

1979
Lorraine (Bowers) Keenan heads the journalism department at Mercer County Community College .

Andrew Cline is an assistant professor of journalism at Missouri State University.

Erin Donovan is a consultant specializing in risk communication. She operates Donovan Communications in Potomac , Md. 

Don Flood  is editor of the Dover Post, editor in chief of the Dover Post Co. and general manager of the Smyrna/Clayton Sun-Times and the Middletown Transcript.

Dave Hughes is a copy editor with the Delaware State News.

1980
Suzi Hedrick Beerman has recently taken a job as Executive Communication Manager in the Microsoft IT/Business Systems department. She will  be managing public relations and events presentations.

Lisa Petrillo is a reporter for the San Diego Union-Tribune.

Kevin Tresolini is a sportswriter for the News Journal.

1981
John Anderson is president of an advertising agency and production company, The Farm, and is an entertainment lawyer with Smith, Dornan & Dehn .

Jonathan Feigen covers the Houston Rockets for the Houston Chronicle.

Michael Miorelli is assistant managing editor of the Morning Call in Allentown , Pa.

David Palombi is the head of corporate and marketing communications for Freddie Mac. 

Janet Perrella-D'Alesandro is Director of Media Relations and Association Marketing
at Anthony J. Jannetti, Inc., in Pitman, NJ.

Billie Travalini's book "Bloodsisters" won the 2005 Lewis-Clark Press Discovery Prize. Her latest book, The Wilmington Senior Center: 50 Years of Community, a mix of print and photojournalim and creative writing, will be published in November. She is fiction editor for The Journal of Caribbean Literatures and is the editor of "Cutting to the Bone: Selections from Delaware Writers and Poets in the Twentieeth Century."

1982
Cris Barrish is senior reporter at The News Journal. He also co-wrote Fatal Embrace, a book about the Tom Capano-Anne Marie Fahey murder case.

Dr. Karen Stout is president of Montgomery County Community College in Pennsylvania .

1983

Chris Goldberg, Ed.D., is a technology teacher at Norwood School of the Interboro (Pa.) School District, an adjunct professor at West Chester (Pa.) and Arcadia (Pa.) universities, and a freelance sports writer for several newspapers, including The Inquirer.

Jim Hughes is an attorney in Wilmington .

Tom Lowry is a senior writer for Business Week magazine, covering the media industries.

Beth Thomas Moore is an English teacher at Newark High School .

1984
Clare Brown lives in Raleigh , N.C. , where she is a writer-in-residence for the Even
Exchange Dance Theatre. She is also pursuing graduate studies in psychology at Goddard College in Vermont .

Casey Gilmore is a financial writer for the Vanguard Group of mutual funds in Pennsylvania.

George Mallet is anchoring the early evening news and reporting for the late evening news at WTMJ Channel 4 in Milwaukee.

1985
Linda deVrind-Millevoi is assistant director of public relations at Abington Memorial Hospital in Pennsylvania .

Tobias Naegele is editor-in-chief of the Army Times.

After 12 years as director of communications for MBNA Corporation, Dan Tipton has started Tipton Communications, a Newark Company specializing in employee communications, internet development, and marketing communications.

Andy Walter is the sports editor of the Delaware State News.

Andy West is managing editor of Delaware State News.

1986
Paul Davies has left the Wall Street Journal to take a job as Deputy Editorial Page Editor of the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Suzanne Goldstein Michel is living in Ocean, N.J.

Kate Sheehy is a reporter and editor for the New York Post.

Lon Wagner is narrative editor at The Virginian-Pilot in Norfolk, Va.,
where is he also adjunct faculty at Old Dominion University. He began
honing his storytelling in 1998 when he became an inaugural member of
the newspaper's narrative writing team, then became the team's editor in
2005. His stories have been recognized in several national writing
contests, including the American Association of Sunday and Features
Editors and the Missouri Lifestyle Journalism Awards (Penney-Missouri).
Editors at The Virginian-Pilot have twice nominated his serial
narratives (2001, 2005) for the Pulitzer Prize. Wagner has had two
essays published in the journal, "Points of Entry: Cross-Currents in
Storytelling," and organizes and moderates an annual gathering of
newspaper writers, "Word. A Conversation about Narrative."  He lives in Norfolk with his wife, Cheryl, and daughters, Sadie and Ava. 

1987
Joe Clancy is publisher of the Steeplechase Times and other publications in Elkton , Md. 

Jancee Dunn is a contributing editor for Rolling Stone and the author of "But Enough About Me:  A Jersey Girl's Unlikely Advenures Among the Absurdly Famous" (HarperCollins, 2006).

Meg Goodyear Dupont is home and garden editor of the Hartford Courant. 

Rob Guarino is about to launch myweatherlive.com and is contracted to write a series of graphic science novels for Diamond Book Distributing.

1988
Alice Brumbley Bailey is a lieutenant with the Delaware State Police. 

Deborah Brenner recently published a book called "Women of the Vine: Inside the World of Women Who Make, Taste, and Enjoy Wine." Bob Bicknell is senior producer of the CBS News broadcast "Up To The Minute," a tech reporter for KYW-AM, Philadelphia , and the creator of nationally syndicated radio reports on home technology and the web, "Tech Tips 101" and "Web Picks."

Sharon Breske is editor of ADVANCE for Imaging and Oncology Administrators.

Diane Monaghan Johns is an English teacher at Haddonfield Memorial High School in New Jersey .

Mark Nardone is editor of Delaware Today Magazine.

David Maull is a grant writer for the Indian River School District in Delaware.

Drew Ostroski is managing editor of Delaware Today.

Ted Spiker was recently promoted to associate professor of journalism at the University of Florida. He is the co-author of the bestselling books "The Abs Diet,"  "The Abs Diet Eat Right Every Time Guide,"   "Men, Love & Sex: The Complete Users' Guide for Women," "YOU: The Owner’s Manual," "YOU: On a Diet," and "YOU: Staying Young."  With all the knowledge he has acquired, he is going to live forever (and have great abs).

Mitch Powitz is a social studies teacher and baseball coach at Toms River High School in New Jersey , and the owner of the Long Beach Inn.

Archie Tse is a graphics editor for the New York Times.

Jay Cooke is a commissions editor for Lonely Planet Publications in San Francisco. The company's latest New Orleans guide, which Jay developed and commissioned for Lonely Planet, just won the gold for Guidebooks in this year’s Societey of American Travel Writers Lowell Thomas Awards. Alan Greilsamer spent the last five years as director of communications for the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund in Washington . He's now vice president of Communications Resources, LLC, a communications, marketing and organizational management firm.

Chris Dolmetsch is a reporter for Bloomberg Business News in New Jersey .

Doug Donovan covers City Hall for the Baltimore Sun.

Rich Jones is covering New Jersey for the New York Times.

Donna Murphy Weston is an assistant business editor for the Associated Press in charge of national and international breaking news coverage. 

Greg Orlando writes that he is "now engaged in, of all things, writing the plot, script, and dialogue for a video game to be published by year's end and released on the Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360, PSP, Nintendo DS, and PlayStation 2. " He adds, "I live in Fortress Orlando in an undisclosed location somewhere in earthquake territory. Plus, my only friend is a sock puppet named Lolo."
