  - Almost  most of the summer internship deadlines have passed, a few have later deadlines.
     
  • SUMMER - 
  • Former UD grad is looking for a web editorial intern in Philadelphia. This internship would be two days a week keeping content fresh and adding features such as blogging, Q&A, and social networking. They are looking for someone with writing and reporting skills, as well as an interest in learning light HTML coding.   Contact  Lindsay Hicks at lhicks630@yahoo.com
  • BACKPACKER and BICYCLING magazines are currently seeking an intern in
    Boulder, CO.  Ideal candidates should have strong writing, editing, research and project
    management skills. Basic GPS, map skills, and interest in outdoor

  • FALL   
  • -The Wilmington News Journal's  FALL interrnship deadline is April 15.  Please send resume, cover letter and three clips to Prof. Fallik at dfallik@udel.edu.  The News Journal has five internship slots for students, which can be specialized to features, sports, health, online, etc.  Students must have previous publication experience and access to a car. 
  • The Philadelphia Inquirer is looking for fall interns.  The deadline is MAY 1.  The Inquirer will sponsor as many as 12 part-time internships for academic credit. Each intern will work 15 hours a week, preferably in two 7.5-hour shifts to be arranged by the student with his or her supervisor.   • -Out & About: -Out & About is a monthly magazine looking for 
interns to help write hard news and features about
the Delaware area. Students should have previous experience and a
willingness to come up with story ideas and embark on new adventures.
