2. You can fulfill your obligations to the category of "class discussion" through a variety of ways. You can ask questions, make comments, or be creative in bringing ideas to the seminar "table." From time to time you may be asked to contribute to e-mail discussions, perhaps about Response Papers (see footnote 1). "Discussion," then, means engaging broadly in the "class dialogue" and a willingness to make contributions to our class.
