E110 introduces students to the collections of Morris Library.
You will spend one class period in the computer classroom in 028 Memorial Hall learning how to search Delcat and the Networked Library Databases to narrow and focus a topic and find sources for your research paper. You will also complete the Virtual Library Tutor on the Library's Home Page.
Sources for research papers are no longer confined to printed materials and to libraries. So that you can become acquainted with the vast array of materials available on the Internet, you will be introduced to basic techniques for WWW searches. You can practice these techniques at any terminal with web access--even in the residence halls.
