Biography

​Dr. Mike Prettyman has been teaching English and Social Studies in Delaware at the high scho​​ol and college levels for over 12 years. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Marywood University in 2010 and was the school’s valedictorian. Dr. Prettyman earned his Master of Arts from Wilmington University in 2012 and his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Delaware State University in 2016. His research interests include employer leadership styles and employees’ social-emotional health. In his spare time, he enjoys trying new restaurants, high intensity workouts, and playing guitar.​
