Biography
​Eman Al- Drous received her M.A. in English from Western Michigan University in 2021, where she taught classes such as: Foundations in Written Communication (English 1050), Writing Studies Lab (1040), and Arabic 1000. In her capacity as assistant director with Western Michigan University's first-year writing program, she invested in the creation of Foundations in Written Communication.
She is particularly interested in issues of environmental refugees and texts that focus on the way that corrupt systems perpetuate the degradation of the environment, leading to the dehumanization of humans and lands.
